We have a fully equipped sheetmetal, fabrication and welding facilitiy housed in a modern unit of some 8,000 square feet.

Working closely with our customers to their exact specification we can undertake a broad range of projects including prototypes and one off jobs. We can accept a wide range of CAD drawings for use with our CNC machinery and paper drawings can be converted to 2D and 3D line drawings.

We are continually investing in Manufacturing and Information Technology to ensure top quality products are right first time and delivered within deadlines to provide you with an effective, reliable, and cost effective service.

Our Services – offered on mild steel, and stainless steel:

Laser Cutting - We offer in-house precision laser cutting on our Amada Alpha-4 machine. 

CNC Punching – As an alternative to laser cutting, we perform  CNC punching in house, so you know you are always getting the most efficient, and economical service.

Folding – We currently operate two 100 ton press brakes, and can offer folding services for a variety of materials/thickness, right from the simplest to the most complex of shapes

Welding – With over 10 fully equipped welding bays and a vastly experienced workforce, we provide a full MIG & TIG welding service.
